We were all first confronted with long hours of sitting at a desk during our studies. But when we entered professional life, it didn’t get any better—it got worse! Sitting rigidly at a desk for hours not only affected our productivity but also harmed our health. That's when the idea emerged: How can we address this problem?
modeled the solution
We knew exactly who to turn to: a physiotherapist! Felix Fischer, now co-founder of the company, knew the solution. For years, he has been telling all his patients who complain about back pain from office work: "Change your posture regularly! Take enough breaks and stand up frequently!" And when they replied, "No? Why not?" he heard the same answer time and again: "Because I don’t think about it!"

This is exactly where our software "Desk Dynamics" comes into play: We've developed a "Posture Reminder" that ensures you'll never forget to change your sitting posture regularly. Additionally, Desk Dynamics offers a "Sit Stand Reminder" to remind you to get up regularly. Last but not least, we've created an "Exercise Reminder" that guides you through exercises via video at your desired intervals, with both preventive and therapeutic effects.
